Account
- Make an account
- Open the app and choose Create account: an email address and a password.
- Forgot your password
- Write to support@gg.football from the address on the account and we will send a link to reset it.
- Delete your account
- Open Account (the GG button), then Delete account. It removes the account and everything it owned. See Privacy.
The numbers
- When they update
- Through the season, as games are played. Each screen says when its numbers were built; a screen older than 36 hours says so.
- What gold means
- Gold is ours: our forecast, our rating, our projection. Every other number is the ordinary statistic. How We Forecast, in the app, explains each one.
- A number looks wrong
- Write to us with the screen and the number. Every number in the app opens its source, so you can tell us where it came from.
